Price of postage is subject to location and weight of goods.

 

Once the goods are dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details via Shipbob.

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 6pm (GMT).

All orders placed on the weekend will ship the following business day.

RETURNS:

Any item at House of Sunny that you are not completely satisfied with we guarantee to refund when you return it to us in saleable condition within 30 days from dispatch, returned parcels are refunded within 14 days of receipt.

All returns must be sent via a tracked service and paid for by the customer as we do not provide free returns. Please ensure you include the return paperwork when returning an item.

The returned item(s) must meet the following conditions:

- The item(s) must be in re-saleable condition
- The swing tag must be present and visible
