Job Title: STORE ASSISTANT

Location: EAST LONDON

Part Time 

​

As the first point of contact you will be engaging and communicating with our customers providing them with details on the collection, company and style advice. You will approach every customer, making there experience a fun and enjoyable whilst taking care of their needs. You will be based in East London, just off of Broadway Market.

​

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Demonstrable experience in a similar customer facing role

• Enjoy and know our brand and products

• Strong organisational skills

• Excellent Communication Skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide good advice whilst achieving sales and delivering memorable customer experiences

• Be helpful to our customers by providing a great standard of customer service both face to face and via what's app or email

• Maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in store

• Handle all point of sale transactions

• Develop a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions with the team

• Maintain a log book of requests with customer details so you can contact them when necessary

• Maintain the stock levels of the store buy requesting top ups of sold out styles and sizes

Job Title: ECOMMERCE EXECUTIVE

Location: EAST LONDON

Full Time 

​

Ensure all e-com efforts are executed to the highest standard possible to achieve immediate and long-term business goals. Preparing and organising all products and information to ensure all information is correct. Analysing sales, traffic and performance to identify areas of improvement and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and organise website for new launches

• Edit and prepare coherently products, design and information

• Researching into current and innovative ecommerce ideas

• Working with the marketing calendar and marketing event timelines to optimise opportunities.

• Assuring brand values are communicated.

• Assuring and brands tone of voice is used.

• Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analysis and consumer reports

• Organise and streamline user-friendly e-com concepts

• Analyse e-com performance through weekly reports on consumer journey.
